About Scale With Data

We exist because sales data lies and everyone has learned to live with it.

Scale With Data builds the verification layer for high ticket sales floors. Our entire product is one idea executed relentlessly: a number you cannot trace is not a number, it is an opinion.

The problem we solve

Sales teams make million dollar decisions on numbers nobody has verified.

Hiring, firing, ad spend, commission, forecasting, partner payouts. All of it runs on a claimed number that never gets checked against the money that actually landed.

Our mission

Make verified revenue the default, not a quarterly audit.

Reconciliation should happen continuously and automatically, in the same system the floor already uses, so that the number on the leaderboard and the number in the bank are the same number.

Why we built this

Two founders. One rule: prove it.

Rob built the system that verifies the number. Brady built the floor that produces it. Neither half works without the other.

Rob

For years I ran and advised high ticket sales floors. Every one of them had the same quiet problem. The CRM said one thing, the spreadsheet said another, the processor said a third, and by Friday somebody had to pick a number and pay commission on it.

Nobody was lying on purpose. The systems simply were not built to check each other. A closer marks a deal won because the client said yes on the call. The card declines two days later. The dashboard never finds out. Multiply that by a hundred reps and a hundred thousand dials and you are running a business on a story instead of a fact.

I did not want another CRM. I wanted proof. So we built Pulse to start where the money starts, at the processor, and work backwards to the call, the closer, the lead, and the ad that produced it. If a sale cannot be matched to a charge and a recording, it does not count toward revenue and it does not unlock a payout.

That single rule changed everything. Directors stopped arguing about numbers and started coaching. Owners stopped guessing which ads worked. Reps stopped losing money to broken tracking, and stopped getting paid on deals that never funded.

People do not come to us for software. They come to us for accurate data.
Brady

I train closers and setters for a living. The hardest part of that job was never the objection handling. It was that I could not tell you, with any confidence, which rep was actually good.

Everyone has a story. The rep with the best close rate got handed the best leads. The rep with the worst show rate had a bad month that nobody logged. Coaching without verified data is just personality management, and I did it for years.

What changed is that I can now open a recording, see the exact call that produced a verified sale, and coach against something that is provably true. Ramp went from a feeling to a number. The training program is built on the ledger, not on anecdotes.

Rob makes sure the number is right. My job is making sure your team gets better because of it. We are not trying to be the biggest CRM. We are trying to be the one system in your business that is never wrong.

How we operate

Six rules we do not bend.

These are not wall posters. They are the actual review criteria for whether something ships, and they are why the engineering standard behind the Ledger runs to fifty numbered principles.

01

The number is the number

If a figure cannot be reconciled to a source, it does not render. We would rather show you an exception than a confident lie.

02

Prove it, do not present it

Anyone can build a dashboard. We build the evidence chain underneath it, then let the dashboard read from that.

03

Enterprise from the first line

No prototypes in production and no retrofitting later. Encryption, lineage, and audit exist before the feature does.

04

Find every instance before you fix one

When we find a defect we map the whole class of it across the codebase first. Patching one symptom is how systems rot.

05

Built by operators, for the floor

We run sales teams. Every feature is judged by whether it makes a closer better on Monday, not by how well it demos.

06

Your data is yours alone

Per tenant encryption keys, isolated contexts, and a hard rule that no partner figure is ever shown outside its own tenant.

Showing last approved figures

The live feed is unavailable right now, so these are the most recent approved platform figures rather than the current ones. We would rather tell you the number is not live than let you assume it is.
